Missions: Psalm 76 - 1 In Judah God is known; his name is great in Israel. 2 His tent is in Salem, his dwelling place in Zion. 3 There he broke the flashing arrows, the shields and the swords, the weapons of war. Hospitality: 1Peter 4:9-10 - 9Offer hospitality to one another without grumbling. 10Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God’s grace in its various forms. Romans 12:13 - 13Share with God’s people who are in need. Practice hospitality.
Love: Matthew 22:37-40 - 37Jesus replied: ” ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’[a] 38This is the first and greatest commandment. 39And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’[b] 40All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.” 1 Corinthians 13:13 - 13And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. Prayer: 1Thessalonians 5:17-18 - 17pray continually; 18give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus. Isaiah 56:7 - 7 these I will bring to my holy mountain and give them joy in my house of prayer. Their burnt offerings and sacrifices will be accepted on my altar; for my house will be called a house of prayer for all nations.”
